Candlewood Commerce Center DDC inc. served as civil engineer, surveyor, and landscape architect for the redevelopment of this 30+ acre former Michelin tire facility in the Baltimore Commons  Business Park in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. DDC inc. was responsible for site layout, site grading, utilities and landscape design for 355,000 s.f. of newly created flex office/warehouse space. Construction was recently completed in spring/summer 2011.
