Mr. Cavanaugh brings 20 years of engineering, planning, and construction management experience to DDC inc., in both the public and private sectors. He has worked as both a consulting design engineer and as a manager for a variety of land development and construction projects. He currently serves as the General Manager and Director of Engineering and Construction at DDC inc.

Mr. Cavanaugh is a lifetime member of the University of Maryland Alumni Association.
