With almost 30 years of experience, Mr. Mathias has managed projects for both the public and private sectors. He has significant experience in the production of documents for title certification, easements, rights-of-way, construction, environmental issues, and subdivision of land. Additionally, Mr. Mathias has managed residential, commercial, industrial and capital improvement projects, providing clients with a comprehensive approach to the planning, design, and management of projects.

Mr. Mathias also enjoys golf, international travel, and is an avid fan of Baltimore Ravens football and UMBC lacrosse.
