Development Design Consultants (DDC inc.) is proud to mark the 10 year anniversary of the company's founding in Westminster, MD.

The company was founded on Janary 16th, 2003, and DDC inc. has grown from a small single room office in Carroll County, with a handful of clients, to our current headquarters at 192 East Main Street, with a client base that includes homeowners and other private property owners, residential land development companies, regional and national homebuilders, commercial land development corporations, international corporations, and local government agencies. DDC inc. has also continually expanded the scope of services provided to include many aspects of civil engineering, land planning, landscape architecture, surveying and construction management.
