Paul G. Cavanaugh, PE, has been named General Manager and Director of Engineering and Construction at DDC inc., a development and construction consulting firm, headquartered in Westminster, MD. In his new role, Paul will be responsible for managing all engineering aspects of a project, from concept and design through construction. Mr. Cavanaugh has nearly 20 years of engineering, project management and construction experience. He has successfully managed numerous multi-disciplinary teams on a multitude of development projects, from site selection and feasibility study through design, permitting, and construction. Cavanaugh comes to DDC from PS Business Parks Inc., where he was the Construction Manager on several projects throughout Maryland and Virginia, including new acquisitions. Prior to that, Cavanaugh provided Project Management for the Howard Research and Development Corporation, a subsidiary of the Rouse Company which was acquired by General Growth Properties.
