DDC inc. served as civil engineer, surveyor & landscape architect for Knorr Brake Corporation's new facility in the Westminster Technology Park, north of Westminster, MD. Phase I of the project includes 254,000 + of manufacturing space on the 24 acre site and provides all necessary accommodations for a future 160,000 s.f. Phase II expansion. The plans were approved by the City of Westminster in November, 2011, and the project is awaiting construction. The project is also currently pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
