DDC inc. was the civil engineer for this 30 acre business park in Eldersburg, MD. The project is being developed by St. John Properties, Inc. and includes approximately 49,000 s.f. of commercial and retail space, 50, 000 s.f. of office space, and 127,000 s.f. of flex office/warehouse space. The site plan was approved by Carroll County in September, 2009 and is currently under construction. DDC inc. was also responsible for the engineering design of improvements to approximately 3/4 of Maryland Route 26, Liberty Road, adjacent to Liberty Exchange.
