DDC inc. served as civil engineer, surveyor and landscape architect for this 225,000 s.f. shopping center in Westminster, MD. The project is located on both sides of Englar Road, just north of the intersection with Maryland Route 140, and it is the result of the redevelopment of two formerly vacant retail buildings. Local and national retailers, including Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Buffalo Wild Wings, Panera Bread, Denny's, Michael's, Office Depot, Superfresh, Marshall's, Chevy Chase Bank and PNC Bank are now located within the center.
